Can we travel?
Yes, we do travel outside of NY and NJ. However, the client is responsible for airfare, hotel and car rental.

How many pictures will we receive in our final gallery?
The number of photos delivered and received mainly depends on the contractual hours of coverage. Each event is different.

Do we have insurance?
Yes, we are a fully insured Business.

Can we provide your choice of venue with a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Absolutely! Please let us know no later than two weeks prior to your wedding date if your venue requires an COI. We will gladly coordinate with our insurance carrier. A fee may be involved.

What is the deposit amount to retain and book? When is the balance due?
If you wish to book us for your wedding, you must send the agreement back to us as soon as possible along with your retainer/deposit of 25%. Once the deposit is paid we will send you a receipt by email. The balance will be due on the day of your event.

Can we pay you the day of or after the Event or Wedding?
We prefer that the Balance owed be paid in full on the day of the Contracted Event.

How many photographers or Videographers will be Present and working at our Event?
That all depends on the Package you book with us.

How soon will we receive the finished product?
• Images are delivered within 15 to 20 business days from event / shoot date. For any event 2 hours or less the turnaround is generally quicker.
• Any Edited Video Content is delivered within 20 to to 40 business days from event / shoot date. For any event 2 hours or less the turnaround is generally quicker.

How will my images be Delivered?
Your Images will be delivered through a Private Gallery Website link. You will have downloadable access to your images for up to 3 months following the date the Gallery link is delivered to you by email. A USB with high-resolution digital image is available for an additional cost. Clients will retain personal ownership rights to make and use copies of the digital images provided, for their own use in e-mail and on personal web pages. Client will not make copies for sale or for the purpose of circumventing the sale of images by David Miller Studios, nor will the client authorize any reproductions of the images for commercial use or for photographic competition or display. David Miller Studios retains copyright to all images created and will have the right to make reproductions for portfolio samples, self-promotion, and professional competition.

Can we work extra hours on the event date?
If asked, we can work extra hours, however, an additional rate is charged for any overage hours beyond the initially contracted package.

1. Understanding our cameras: Each Photographer and/or Videographer on our team has many years of experience and Familiarity using their camera's settings and features.
2. Pay attention to lighting: Natural light, artificial light, and shadows can make or break a photo.
3. Composition: We are Teachers and also Students of Photography where we put into use ugood technique of the rule of thirds, leading lines, and proper aesthetic framing of the subject.
4. We Focus on the subject: Using aperture, shutter speed, and ISO to create a sharp, well-defined Image.
5. Experiment with angles: We are not afraid to try unique perspectives and viewpoints.
6. Capture the moment: We Anticipate and capture special moments, like a smile or a gesture.
