HOW DOES BOOKING WORK:
• We require a 25% deposit upon package booking
• If you plan on Booking a Wedding Day Package with us it is paramount that we receive your Deposit asap so we can start arranging our creative team in addition to ALL day of Timetables •
• Upon receiving your deposit we will go ahead confirm our team and start discussing a Wedding day timeline at least one to three weeks prior to the Simcha and feel free to approach us at any point beforehand regarding questions (aka formulating a timeline based upon your day-of needs).
• Traveling off site (up to Miles) for additional Photos is $100 additional charge •
• For out of town weddings (outside the greater metro NYC area) a travel fee will apply.
• Preferred payment is Zelle or Venmo davemillerfolio@gmail.com •
• Check Payments can be made payable to "David Miller Studios" •
• The balance in full is due on the day of the Wedding •
• We highly suggest paying your balance the week prior to your Wedding •
• For out of town weddings (outside the greater metro NYC area) a travel fee will apply •

2 to 230pm: Bridal Prep shots (hair and makeup)
230 to 3pm: (individual) Bride & Groom shots
3 to 4pm: First look shots
4 to 5pm: Family portraits (both sides w couple)

OTHER POINTS TO NOTE:
• Any Photo or Video coverage past 11pm is considered as overtime. Hourly overtime rate will be applied. Any amount of time exceeding the coverage as stated in your package/contract will be billed as an hourly overtime rate of $325 for photo and $325 for video respectively.
• Online Wedding Galleries will remain active for a period of 6 months.
• YOU HAVE 90 DAYS (from the date you receive the gallery link) TO DOWNLOAD ALL YOUR WEDDING IMAGES TO YOUR OWN HOME COMPUTER OR STORAGE DEVICE.
• YOU MAY ORDER A USB FLASH DRIVE FROM US FOR $185 - THIS FLASH DRIVE WILL CONTAIN ALL THE HI RES DIGITAL IMAGE FILES THAT YOU SEE IN YOUR GALLERY.
• We extend a 10% discount on any additional albums ordered within 30 days following your Wedding.
• If your package included Albums, images must be selected within 60 days of receiving your wedding gallery. Album images submitted for design thereafter will be subject to an additional service fee of $125 per album.
• Additional Album Spreads can be purchased for $85 (Each Spread contains two pages)
• Album Proofing - 3 Sets of Revisions allowed
• For the first 90 days after receiving your event gallery, all online print orders will be given a 25% discount at checkout.
